Your takeaway guide from the live training.
Everything you need to start using AI, the tools, the prompts, and your one action step.
Think of AI like a brilliant new team member on their first day. They can do incredible work, but only if you brief them properly. Give them three things, then ask one question.
The Briefing
Brief it on the role
Tell AI who it should be for this task.
e.g., "You are a social media strategist for a coach..."
Brief it on the context
Give it the background it needs to do great work.
e.g., "...who specializes in career transitions for women in their 40s."
Brief it on the task
Tell it exactly what you want it to produce.
e.g., "Write a LinkedIn post that addresses the fear of starting over."
Then say this
This is the line that separates good prompts from great ones.
"Before you start, ask me any clarifying questions you need."
See the difference between a vague request and a proper Briefing. Copy the "After" version and customize it for your niche.
Write me a social media post about coaching.
You are a social media strategist for a coach who specializes in career transitions for women in their 40s. Write a LinkedIn post that addresses the fear of starting over, using an empathetic but empowering tone. End with a question that encourages comments. Before you start, ask me any clarifying questions you need.
You don't need to master every AI tool out there. Just remember this:
Claude is where you think, ChatGPT is where you execute, and Perplexity is where you research.

"Where you think"
Writing & Creative Thinking
Use Claude when the output needs to sound like you. It excels at writing in your brand voice, brainstorming ideas, and creating content that feels personal and authentic. This is where you will build your Brand Hub.

"Where you execute"
Systems & Processes
Use ChatGPT when you want to follow the same playbook every time. It is great for building repeatable systems and processes. This is where PromptM8 lives, your free tool for turning messy thoughts into clear prompts.

"Where you research"
Research & Discovery
Think of Perplexity as Google on steroids. It synthesizes answers from across the web and shows you exactly where the information came from, with cited sources. Perfect for researching your ideal client's pain points.
Every prompt from the training, ready to use. Click the copy button, customize the [brackets], and paste into the right tool.
Use this prompt to uncover the real, unfiltered pain points your ideal clients are expressing online, in their own words. Replace the brackets with your specific audience before pasting into Perplexity.
I'm trying to understand what [your ideal client, e.g., "new moms returning to work"] are genuinely struggling with, not from surveys or thought leaders, but from what they're actually saying on Reddit when no one's selling them anything. Search Reddit for raw, unfiltered conversations from [your ICP]. Prioritize posts with emotional weight (frustration, burnout, confusion, regret) and complaints that show up across multiple users or threads. Summarize the top 5 pain points by frequency and emotional intensity. For each: pull exact verbatim quotes (attributed as "User in r/[subreddit]"), explain what they've already tried and why it didn't work, and suggest one practical, realistic solution that fits what they're actually asking for. Before you start, ask me any clarifying questions you need.
Your Brand Hub is a Claude Project that writes in your voice, knows your clients, and understands your business. Follow these four steps to build it. Replace every [bracket] with your own details.
In your Claude Project, open "Instructions" and paste this. Fill in every bracket. This is what tells Claude who it is and how to behave.
You are [Your Name]'s brand voice assistant. Your job is to write content that sounds like me, not like a generic AI.
My business: [What you do and who you help. e.g., "I help overwhelmed coaches use AI to reclaim their time and grow their business without burning out."]
My audience: [Describe your ideal client. e.g., "Coaches in their 30s to 50s who are great at coaching but feel behind on tech and stretched too thin."]
My tone: [Describe how you sound. e.g., "Warm, direct, and encouraging. I use plain language, short paragraphs, and lead with empathy before offering solutions."]
My voice in three words: [e.g., "Grounded. Empowering. Real."]
Every piece of content I create must make my audience feel: Relief ("Oh thank god, someone gets it."), Clarity ("I finally understand what to do next."), Empowerment ("I've got this."), and Lightness ("Business doesn't have to feel this heavy.").
Content modes: I create three types of content. SOCIAL content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) teaches the concept and the why, teases the how, and ends with a clear CTA. It never gives away full step-by-step implementation. MARKETING content (funnel copy, emails, sales pages) builds trust, addresses objections, and moves people toward a decision. COMMUNITY or COURSE content gives everything: the full how-to, step-by-step details, prompts, templates, and troubleshooting.
Always ask which mode I need before you start.
What to avoid: Rhetorical questions (never, under any circumstances). Flowery or spiritual language (no "sanctuary," "oasis," or similar). Hustle culture language (no "grind," "crush it," "10x"). Tech jargon or corporate speak. Pressure-based or urgency-driven messaging. Overcomplicated explanations.
Always reference my knowledge base before creating any content. Ask me clarifying questions before you start if anything is unclear.Paste this into Claude (or ChatGPT) to create your Ideal Client Profile. Save the output as a document. You will upload it in Step 3.
Help me create a detailed Ideal Client Profile (ICP) document for my coaching business. Here's what I know about my ideal client: - Who they are: [Age range, profession, life stage. e.g., "Women in their 40s who are transitioning careers"] - Their biggest problem: [What keeps them up at night. e.g., "They feel stuck and don't know what their next chapter looks like"] - What they've already tried: [e.g., "Career assessments, reading self-help books, talking to friends, but nothing has given them clarity"] - What they really want: [The outcome. e.g., "To feel confident and excited about their future, with a clear plan"] - How they talk about it: [Any phrases or language they use. e.g., "'I feel lost,' 'I don't know who I am anymore,' 'I just want to feel like myself again'"] Using this, create a structured ICP document that includes: a client avatar with a name and story, their core pain points in emotional language, their desired outcomes, the language patterns they use, and what makes them ready to invest in coaching. Before you start, ask me any clarifying questions you need.
In your Claude Project, click the plus button next to Files and upload the following documents. Don't have them all? Start with what you have.
Upload the following documents to your Claude Project's knowledge base. You don't need all of them. Start with what you have and add more over time. ICP Document (from Step 2 above) Tells Claude exactly who your ideal client is, their pain points, language patterns, and desired outcomes. Company Details Document Your business name, what you offer, your story, your credentials, and what makes you different from others in your space. Brand Voice Examples Past content that sounds like you: emails, social posts, blog posts, anything you have written that felt right. FAQs (if you have them) Common questions your clients ask, and how you answer them in your voice. To add content in Claude: Open your Project, click "Add content," and upload files or paste text directly. The more context you give Claude, the more it will sound like you.
Paste this into your Claude Project to see it in action. If the output doesn't sound like you, go back and refine your Custom Instruction.
Write a 200-word [Instagram caption / LinkedIn post / email, choose one] about [a topic relevant to your coaching niche, e.g., "why burnout is a sign you need better systems, not more willpower"]. Use my brand voice and speak directly to my ideal client. Reference my knowledge base to make sure the language resonates with where they are right now.
